Happily Coupled After is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
We process and dispatch orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order. Orders will be shipped to the address entered during checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected.

Pre-Order Items
Products listed as Pre-Order will include an estimated shipping date on the product page.
Please note that estimated shipping dates may change due to manufacturing schedules, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be shipped together once all items become available.
Express shipping services do not accelerate pre-order availability. Pre-order items will be shipped using the selected shipping method once inventory is ready.
